Hillsongs United Concert Live in Malaysia 2008..

Today...Wednesday 28th May, I came back late hahaha... so that is why wrong date shown above. I went to Hillsongs United concert in Glad Tidings PJ with Chin Wei and Jueli. I have such a thrill time there.

I always have fun in christian concert because people come together very united and serving one purpose where no one will care how you act or how you sing.....we just there for one purpose and that is for Jesus. Praising and worshipping Him.....it just brings me to this dimension. A closer connection with my Creator. A time where I just want to tell Him how grateful and thankful I am for all He blessed me with. To tell Him that I am there to fight a good cause for Him....to be ready to serve.

Christ has been my source of strength along this years for all the things I went through. From the time I lost hope in my future to the time where I almost meet death..... I found hope and light at the darkest hour of my life. The same light never leave me ever since I commited to stand by it 12 years ago.

Okie I am not a pastor and I am not here to preach....haha. I let Joel did the preaching. Will share with you one of the song in the concert. And check out the photo here....nice rite. I love it. It is all about LOVE.....
ill then time to sleep....cheers!!!

Its a "Cheesey" Day....

No idea of what title for today..... I started my Tuesday with a tummy upset that I have two weeks ago...Yeah not sure if I wrote about it here. I was with my family having our mother's day dinner at this Italian restaurant. Normally I am very careful but not sure why on that night, I am so hopefully careless. I ordered spicy olio....maybe because I normally had spicy olio without cheese in Dome. Such a long time I did not have pasta, so I thought I want to have it on that night. They put cheese in that pasta without my knowledge!! and I forgot to tell them as well. I finished the whole plate and just realised what the hell those small little thingy that still on the plate.....then i realised shitttttt there are cheese in there !!!.

For your information, I am allergic to dairy products. Yes that is right, I cant take raw cheese or any dairy products without cooked. I dont think it is because of lactose intolerance but those who have LI, they normally cant take dairy at all. Me, I can take as long as it is fully cooked. I used to have heavy "business deals" when I just took a gulp for milk and a bite on the bread with cheese. Yeah...thanks to the cheese, I have a "memorable" day indeed haha.

Well, today I also discovered one thing. I thought I have lost my American Green Card Lottery last few months. This morning as I read in the newspaper about the Green Card scam and something told me to go ahead and visit the website. No I did not won nor I got cheated, but I found out that I actually still in the running of the lottery hahaha of which this end of the year I will know whether I win or lose. My mind has already told myself that I have lost in that program haha, so lets see if my application will go to Jalan Tun Abdul Razak (America Embassy) or Jalan Ampang (Canada high comm).

Superheroes...

Tonight I went to see Iron Man alone, midnight show haha. It is pretty nice sometimes to go for movie alone. I enjoyed comic or rather superheroes movie....it is fun. I guess that "kid" inside me still do not want to grow up haha.

And so after the show, I suddenly got the inspiration to write something about the suit of superheroes. Every superhero other than acquiring the wonderful/powerful skill, they too invent their own suit. Something to uniquely identify them. So tonight, I would be writing my thoughts.....well lets called it Toi's superheroes fashion night haha where the awards are presented.

***********************************************************
1. Best Technological Superhero Suit - Iron Man (seriously, with all the high tech in that suit...my god!!)

2. Best Sexy Superhero Suit - non other than Wonder Woman (no one can fight that..really) haha

3. Best Flashy Superhero Suit - Superman (who else can beat him running / flying around with his underwear haha.... Maybe Calvin Klein can make a sponsor)

4. Best Painful Superhero Suit - Wolverine (this guy need to savour pain to get the metal in his hand in the first place and then each time to get it out....woosh, out came the steal...here comes the pain. But i always wonder how can he not felt anything....maybe on pain killers hahaha)

5. Best Colours in a Superhero Suit - Spiderman (I like the colours to spiderman suit...it blends in very well)

6. Best material in a Superhero Suit - Incredible Hulk (come on, you have to agree with this one....when Hulk came into action, all the clothes are torn except the pants hahaha did you noticed that? yeah the pants stay and amazingly it goes to back to the original size after he became normal again. I really wonder what sort of material he used haha so expandable)

7. Best family themed Superhero suit - The Incredibles (good uniform for the family...even the baby got one)

8. Best mould in a Superhero Suit - Batman (yeah...basically it just make that "place" bigger haha)

9. Best Fashion for a Superhero - Gambit from X-Men (hey, this guy got style...especially the coat...so love the coat)

10. Best Superhero Suit that you wish to have - Spiderman (even my nephew wear it to sleep hahaha)

***********************************************************

Now the hall of shame for the Superhero fashion

1. Most uncomfortable Superhero Suit - Superman (hey this guy have to wear that suit all the time...yeah even to work...imagine yourself wearing that hero suit, then your business suit to work...its ok for winter as it keeps warm but summer...my god bless his soul hahaha. Not to mention you have to bring extra underwear all the time, wherever you go hahaha)

2. Most troublesome to put it on - Iron Man (who can fight this guy....He basically needs machines to get him into that suit of his haha)

3. Worst Colour in Superhero Suit - Kamen Rider (out of the place....green with black...ewww)

4. Worst Suit for a duo/trio or a group - Batman & Robin (this is the only collaboration without an uniform)

5. The suit that you wish you never put it on - Flash Man and The Phantom (the thing is their suit is too simple for a superhero and the colours are hmmmmmmm too plain....But i like the ring from the Phantom)

***********************************************************

Ohhh it is late now....got to go to sleep....hehe

Till then...keep save and be save....cheers

Opportunity

Work is now getting more and more stressful now...Getting my handsfull...but it is just mean opportunity arise.

Today I want to talk about opportunity. I so drawn by this song by Pete Murray. I will share the lyrics later at the bottom but basically it just said dont wait too long or take too long to think when the opportunity arise.

I guess for me, I am really waiting for my opportunity to come. Patiently I am waiting for something that I did not know when or what it is that opportunity but deep in my conscious I know that something that Ive been waited would come...and when it comes, I will grab it.

Then I see my life that fills hope and dreams. Oppportunities comes to those who hope and dreams hehe...

So here it is
Pete Murray's Opportunity.
---------------------------
And so it goes another lonely day
Your savin time but your miles away
Your fly was drownin in some bitter tea
For seeing lost opportunity

Find your mirror go and look inside
And see the talent you always hide
Don't go kidd yourself well not today
Satisfaction's not to far away

Hold on now your exits here
It's waiting just for you
Don't pause too long
It's fading now
It's ending all too soon you'll see

Soon you'll see

Your coffee's warm but your milk is sour
Life is short but your here to flower
Dream yourself along another day
Never miss opportunity

Don't be scared of what you cannot see
Your only fear is possibility
Never wonder what the hell went wrong
Your second chance may never come along

Hold on now your exits here
It's waiting just for you
Don't pause too long
It's fading now
It's ending all too soon you'll see

Soon you'll see

Hold on now your exits here
It's waiting just for you
Don't pause too long
It's fading now
It's ending all too soon you'll see

Soon you'll see

Toi's Experimental Shots III

And the album continues...The Cruxificion at the Charles Bridge in Prague, Czech Republic. There are many statues of this sort that mark the life of Jesus.

This is one of the high churches in Prague. This church is I think at the Parliament Square. Very unique design isnt it?

This is the stairway at the Castle that we are visiting, which is at suburban of Prague. Imagine the stairway during dark....scary right hahaThe view is taken from the Castle. The village resides along the hill slope. I feel so royalty now haha. The castle, the resident of King "not sure who" hahaha.Needless to introduce, Yes the Eiffel Tower. Such a long queue when I was there..so I just took it from the ground haha.

The bottom up Eiffel Tower.

I love this shot of the Tower. It looks like a postcard hehe. I was playing around with my camera and then boom...this shot haha.

This is the Notre Dame shot. They closes the entrance to the church during my visit because of Easter. I thought I can meet Quasimodo (am i right?) :oPThis is Arc de Triomphe, the entry point to Champs Elysees. The arc is all about Napoleon...You can actually climb this arc...yeap no kidding...The entrance to Lourve Museum in Paris. Can you recall which movie..? yes, Da Vinci Code. The Holy Grail is just right underneath haha.

This fountain was opposite of the Lourve museum park in Paris. Nice isnt it hehe.

This is a church not a mosque haha. I cant remember what is the name of this place. It is away from the Paris city...need to climb a lot!!!This shot is at Rotterdam city when I wandered around with my colleague...both of us did not have a clue where are we at that time haha. Funny enough I found this "thing", you know that it is not a tree but a wood/metal as part of an art haha.A chess set in the Cubus residential area. The houses here are all in cubus shape....yeah very unique. Rotterdam city is where it is.

I took this shot during my canal ride in Utrecht. They called Utrecht to be the mini-Amsterdam haha. I lie this shot....it gives me this serenity.

This is the Dome tower, the landmark of Utrecht. Everywhere you go in the city you will be able to see the tower. A catholic church in Utrecht. Like the shadow and the angle.

The square in Stockholm. They are changing guards when I was there. But with this angle (I purposely did not want to take the front), it looked like some part of the greek colleseum rite.Introducing Stockholm City, ladies and gentleman....hehe

Stockholm city from another angle. I took this picture on our way to the tower...

And as a dessert for you after going through many of my experimental shots, take scoops of Sweedish gelato hahaha.....my souvenir to you haha.

All photos produced in this blog are strictly belongs to me. Any publication or re-used of this materials should therefore be consented by me. Cheh wah....sounds like a real deal hor haha.

Toi's Experimental Shots II

To continue with the picture I took as promised.

Took this shot when I went to the Muka Head trial in Penang. I took this picture during our boat trip back to the jetty. Immediately got the urge to take it haha.

The wooden bridge that leads to the boat. Penang island.

I was in the tour bus in Amsterdam and then I noticed this scene when the bus stopped for traffic hahaha. I immediately took my camera and stick near to the window and snapped.

Yes...the red light district area of Amsterdam....Look at how busy it is hehe.

The lovely swan in Delft. Lovey dovey....

An unique building in Delft.

Happy children enjoying their food in the marathon in Den Haag.

Swarm of marathon contestants in Den Haag annual event. My first weekend in the city.

The park opposite my hotel in Den Haag.

The busy street of Rijswijk at night view.

I cannot remember the name of this place. It was the parliament of Netherlands, the square near the plein in Den Haag. Took this photo during my walk around the city.

I was walking around after my dinner and saw this view....I couldnt stand not taking it, then I realised that I left my camera in my hotel. I have to walk all the way back to my hotel and got my camera to get this shot hehe. The one below is another effect that i took. This is the parliament in Den Haag.

Parliament of Netherlands, Den Haag. Looks like a real postcard isnt it haha.

I took this picture during my dinner at the Plein, Den Haag. This building is just right in front of my table.

Another shot of the restaurant I am eating my dinner in the Plein haha.Took this shot at Keukenhof. Very nice concept. The famous dutch windmill at keukenhof. With garden setting, this picture makes it perfect shot.

Annoucing my favourite shot. The red tulips from the bottom angle in Keukenhof. Same technique for White Tulips but the effect is different. The tulips are as if see through with the light.Japanese sakura at Keukenhof. Where is the wine please haha.

Another different shot of Tulip at Keukenhof.

An art from Keukenhof of which i find it very classy hahaha or should I said glassy haha.

The famous Dutch wooden shoes. I have to wait patiently for this shot because there are many people surrouded to put their feet into this shoes to get the shot. When my turn finally came, I just shooed everyone away and took the shoes without any feet hahaha

Okie let me share more tomorrow.....there are still many more interesting shots that I took. Wait for part 3 haha...

Toi's Experimental Shots I

I am into photography hehe and so I thought maybe it is good that I share some of my experimenting shots here. I did not used or owned any super duper camera.,,,just my phone camera and my sister's olympus old digital camera of which I consistently borrowed hahaha. I am not that cheapskate okie....just that I want to learn about the basic on lighting and angle before i got the real one.....it is rather expensive to get those canon cameras....

I took this shot in front of Wisma Genting last Tuesday when I am waiting for William to go for our lunch. I find this angle is nice for the building standing majestically and with the cloud backdrop.

I took this picture when I was driving from work...I know it is not safe!!! But i find this shot is so nice. I love it because it reminds me of my own philosophy haha.

I took this shot at Cititel's room during Anne's vist to KL. I later showed to Anne and bluff that it was San Frans building. She really believed me hahaha......of course I laughed and later showed him the building from the window spot I took haha.

This shot was taken during our Christmas dinner in Pavilion. I just find the white glossy thingy is nice.

This is rembrandt (not sure if i spelt it right), one of the famous artist in Europe. This portrait was made of flowers...yeahh...cool isnt it. This is taken from Antwerpen, Belgium.

This shot I took it because it is very "Gothic". Dont you think so? This statue with the backdrop haha.

This castle is one of the ancient one for the king of belgium. Took this in Antwerpen. I love this shot...i got this postcard feeling haha.

As I am walking down the street with my colleague in antwerpen, I was caught by this angle. Immediately I took my camear and snap it and it did not dissapointed me.

This was taken during our visit to the retirement centre in Antwerpen. Feel very holy haha

An inspiration came to me when I took a brisk walk with my nephew Nigel at Perhentian island. I called this shot "Stairway to Heaven"

This shot is actually at the same angle as the "stairway to heaven"...maybe I should said same spot. The moment i took Stairway to Heaven, I turned and immediately i feel i need to take this.

This shot I took when we (my friend and I) walked to from the place we stayed to the other side of the perhentian island. Nice huh....amazingly it is from my sony ericsson k800 haha

Perhentian Island trip with the gang as we walked back to our accomodation.

I have many more but I think I will share them tomorrow. More to come dude!!! Time for me to go to sleep zzZZZzzz

Till then cheers...
