Gym Anthroplogy Study....

I just came back my gym an hour ago....So exhausted, tired and as if all my body parts are begining to drop piece by piece by itself haha. I went to the Fitness First gym, many members actually. I dont normally talked to anyone in the gym...just maybe a casual smile once in a while but most of the time I mind my own work out....no time to socialise haha.

Anyway, after so many months and been to several gym before, I guess something that I took noticed that might be a good topic for discussion tonight. Fashion statement, yes ladies and gentleman, workout attire is more appropriate for exercise. Expert is saying that you should wear something loose actually to let your sweat and heat flows out of your body, not to mention to ease your movement during the exercise. What humour me is to find some guys actually wear jeans....yes jeans for work out. They wear a polo T-shirt with jeans....my goodness, if i am the editor for GQ magazine, I am going to have them pose and write shit about their fashion taste in all the issue that GQ can produced haha. I mean for god sake, you are not going for shopping spree or a date....

Then of course some ladies, even wear make up. Dont they know that during exercise, you tend to perspire? and sweat will cause your make up to melt. Can you imagine, sweat with your make up and your eye liner is about to fade....you looks like a ghost in "the Ring" hahaha.
Guys, cap is not for gym because there is no sun!!!! I cant stand looking at it....a cap during workout...my goodness, god knows how the cap smells like....

Then, of course you can see people etique. Some work with their best confidence because they think they are at their best. Do you know that almost 90% of all people, after their workout, they feel good about themselves? Some is really over the top....walking proudly with their nose held high.......even though they are overweight and "facially challenged"..... Then, you can see some standing in front of the mirror more often than lifting the weight.....gosh, did he or she knows that she can do that at home hahaha. And most of the guys are acting like macho and showing off their six packs and big arms and stuff.....

So many funny thing you can see in the gym actually......and some people really like to be an exhibitionist. Just yesterday after my work out, i was in the locker room...going for my shower. There is this guy, fully naked walking around the locker room as if he is at home. My gosh, eh...nobody want to see your johnny la hahahaha......and the most funny thing is, he posed in his underwear as if he is some sort like a model...my goodness.. really salute this sort of people that can have such a thick skin hahaha.

Sigh, sometimes it does give you a good laugh and I guess that is why it makes a gym fun.....

I went for my facial today. Dozed off totally during the session....in my deep sleep haha. Well, can understand by the fact that I only slept three hours yesternight after clubbing hard at Market Place. Was a good session to chat with friends......very packed cannot dance, not so happy though hahaha. Need to shake my booty hehe.

Anyway, so as normal, I will get my fruit juice @ Juice Station - my favourite Spring Clean haha. Then I thought to myself, so early why not walk around first and finish the drink. I did, I walked around and stopped right in front of this band singing in front of Asam Pedas (a restaurant owned by Royale Bintang), in case you guys wonder where am I....The curve la haha. Very good this band, they have a very harmonious voice hahaha I like it.

I then thought to myself....hey why not take a picture.....so I did a couple of shot and realised that I am holding this empty cup....so troublesome, so i walked away to look for thrash can to throw that cup away so that I can take another few more shots. As I am walking back to the spot, I passed by Calvin Klein shop..... *drum roll* pls...hahaha The mannequin in their display window is wearing this scalf...a black colour knited scalf....

So I went in and have a look and try to put it on.....I am hooked!!!! It reminds me of the Agnes B scalf that Gary gave to me last time. Feeling so guilty that I lost it in the train in Amsterdam, I thought I can helped to redeem it hahaha after all my birthday is coming soon, I need a gift for myself. Ok ok ok,,,,that are all excuses....why I dont bother hahaha... So I asked the lady to wrap it up, I almost got a shocked when the register is blinking RM209 hahahaha... *tekan* have to pay la.....hahahaha but no regret..

A Winding Down Night Out...

Last Friday, not the 13th haha....three of us - Kayce, Li Fang and myself went to Soul'ed Out for dinner and then we went to Skybar and Frangipani...

Was really having fun and we should we do it again ladies!!!! The picture said the most...we indeed have fun !!!

My Wish List....

I always thought if i can wrote down my wish list and record them for Christmas, that list would sure be grown into a big one...haha..too long for Santa to handle haha...

I want so many things....not because I am greedy but my curiosity over things and wanted to try many things.... Now, as my passion grew for photography, I am so wanted to have a SLR camera. I read a magazine today and I am so marvel at the whole camera that I almost wished that I have a superpower to make that image a real one hahaha... too many "Heroes" episodes. I always like photography but never really own a camera until now. Even that I considered it to be a "toy" haha not a real tools. It is too expensive to own one... Previously, I always used my hand to capture the image.....of course this images are not something digital or filmsy....it only by brainwave away from my hand.... I would just hold up my hand to make a frame and imagine if i had a camera, this angle would be good. I did that a lot, I guess in a way it also trained me to look at things at different angle.

Until I make a fortune, at least after my migration is fulfilled, this camera is always a wish list i guess hahaha...I need a SLR!!!

Dreamers...

Recently I have dreamt quite a bit. Normally I dont dream, it is hard for me to have a dream in my sleep. But for the past two nights, I have humour dream....its hilarious.

Tuesday night I dreamt about a friend of which I dont even knew her....went to her place for some sort like a party. Pull some trick on her and at the end of it that tricks fall on myself haha...it was silly dream; something that actually reminds of our school days haha.

Then yesterday night, I dreamt that I am going for holiday in Japan with Anne and Amanda. Three of us walking in the street of tokyo, very crowded...full of people. In the middle of steet, we hold hands and buildings are all gleams with lights.... The weird thing is I dont fancy Japan at all....maybe they have talk to me too much to go for that japanese holiday that I finally have a dream in my sleep hahahaha. But it seems three of us are having fun. It already been a while that we three actually go for a holiday. In fact, we dont ..... we never have a trip that three of us go together....hey let's make it happen la.

Me just had my dinner....yeah at almost 9 pm....at my desk, in the office. Too busy today.....not really motivated for work actually lately. Kinda think of changing job. Need to seek an oversea job.....keep my head high and my finger crossed...

Ssshh....Silent Night @ Office

This week have to work in the office on european hours. What does that mean? It meant no party hours and no night events across a week....

Today, very quiet in the office. I can hear clearly the sound of every key strokes on our keyboards. Even a whisper, sounds like an amplified echo....ok, I am a bit exaggerating but you get the idea haha. I am so bored !!!! Maybe that was the reason why I am writing this piece here....

I am planning to go for my english test. Got to sit for the General Training IELTS test for my migration. I have to proof myself to be speaking good queen's english hahaha...ok maybe not the queen's english, just the peasant who speaks nothing more than a good bargain of vegetables and meat hahaha.. I have to score at least 7.0 for all sections - Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing. You know what, I hate exams !!!! I always do but who the hell in this world actually loves them?

I mean my gosh, how can you tell someone is that competent or good in just a few pieces of papers or within that one or two hours of strenous tests. Sometimes people flunked the whole exam not because they are dumb or incompetent because of the whole stress that they are going through. The look of the examiner is enough to scared them to death, let alone to do the test. Maybe someone just need to change the system....maybe I am just frustrated to have the idea of going through exam again. My last exam was five years ago!!!! Gosh, I almost forgot how it feels like...

Just keeping my finger crossed that I would able to scored 7.0, otherwise I am screwed!!! But wait a minute, the exam would not even happened until I am ready.....so exactly when am I ready? hmmmmmmm.....

My new Club Monaco bag....

Bought this bag during the weekend for my travel later to australia hahaha..... Club Monaco is having their mid-year sales and I fell in love with this bag the moment I saw it. It is perfect for my trip to australia later...ok ok, some of you think I am irrational to get the bag which cost me half a thousand, but of course I can use more than once, even after the whole trip right. The best is that I am happy with it :oP

Afterall, it is the money from the fuel rebate hahaha....so thanks to the government, I got the bag. :oP
