First time I had the porridge steamboat. The taste not bad....a bit starchy but quite good.
First : The stoves Then the pots...of course with soup inside to boil it.The ingredients.....normally you would have those fish type kind of ingredients. Hong Kong steamboats mostly are more with vegetables. Taiwanese has this thin slice of meat and us more with fish based kind of ingredients.....anyway, it is good hehe.. as long as it is tasty.Then, you put in all the ingredients into the soup and wait again. While waiting, time to do all those catch up with friends and more tit-bits haha.
Finally it is ready to be served......
